Your Reign Wiki looks way better and I voted in that poll but you can only report the other wiki if they are directly stealing content for example copying the templates directly without editing them to change them and copying from articles word for word etc. (TVD Wiki had the same problem with The Originals Wiki) and Staff didn't shut that wiki down all they did was ask them to be "original", that Reign Wiki in question seems to have been added into the shared templates which I think only Staff can do. If she has been attacking or bad mouthing users you can definately report her for that but if you report the wiki for just being on the same subject then the most a Staff member will do is either merge the wikis making that user a Staff member in the merged wiki or simply do nothing at all.

Hey well she isnt really using our stuff but what she is trying to do is to get users there and shut ours down. But she was using our skin and header.

@Cori11 Ofc, I will do what I can, it's silly when people throw around the word bullying when all you asked was simple questions and she sees it as a threat, it is really petty.

@TheAuthenticDiaries She will not be able to get yours shutdown, yours existed first, you are not using anything she has created on her wiki and by the sounds of it she is being nasty so that won't happen. Yours obviously has the larger userbase so it will end up like TVD Wiki and TO Wiki, TVD wikis userbase is huge and the community is thriving where TO wikis userbase is minute in comparison and is largely inactive, the same will most likely happen to the Reign wikis, yours will continue to thrive while hers will most likely fizzle out just like TO wiki has done. I wouldn't worry about it.
